Fact : What makes body hair stand on end?

When are you frightened you may feel a tingling sensation down the back of your neck. This is your hair standing on end! It is caused by small muscles at the root of each hair. Although it is not very very visible in humans you can see it clearly when a cat is frightened. Its hairs stand erect so the animal appears bigger to its enemies.

Facts: Everytime we blink,
normally about 360 times per hour,
tear is secreted by the lachrymal
gland In the corner of the eye.
This tear spread over the cornea
to keep the eyeball clean & moist.
The amount you blink increases when dust,
wind or brignt light threates to harm the eye.

One usually yans when bored or tired.
yawning makes you draw in breath, filling your lungs with air (searching for oxigen).
This increase the oxygen supply to the blood to help wake yourself up.

These figure vary according to health, fitness level and wheater or not one is standing still or is active at the time.
